At Real Purpose, we help people find work they enjoy and care about. We look at your whole life - what you're good at, what you like to do, and what matters to you. We then support you to find a job, learn new skills, or volunteer in a role that brings you fulfilment.

Employment Opportunities

Help to find a range of employment opportunities for individuals looking to find paid work, including CV writing and interview coaching.

Education and Training

Support to access education and training opportunities to develop new skills and qualifications. Including support to access apprenticeships, and online courses.

Volunteering Opportunities

Advice and guidance around volunteering opportunities, making new connections, and giving back to the community.

B.E.E.V Project

The Bell Foundry Enterprise, Employment & Volunteering (BEEV) Project is a 12-month initiative funded by People Zones, designed to support residents in accessing work, enterprise, and volunteering opportunities.

In 2024, we provided the Leicestershire Employment & Skills programme to Leicestershire County residents, to provide individuals with employment support to find work and in-work support to retain employment.
