We help people access employment, volunteering and learning opportunities, while helping businesses find suitable candidates, meet their recruitment needs and develop their teams through training.

We specialise in support for those who experience or have experienced mental health problems, are autistic, have ADHD or any combination of these.

Our employment support and recruitment services are fully funded, with no fees for individuals or employers.

Our team brings together specialist knowledge and decades of professional experience in supported employment, alongside lived experience.

We provide in-work support to help people settle into their roles, overcome challenges and support long-term employee retention.
