Bell Foundry Enterprise, Employment and Volunteering Project
The Bell Foundry Enterprise, Employment and Volunteering (B.E.E.V) Project is a 12-month initiative designed to support residents in accessing work, enterprise, and volunteering opportunities.
Whether you're looking to develop new skills, gain confidence, or take the next step towards employment or self-employment, B.E.E.V offers practical support through weekly advice sessions, mentoring, and training.

Funded by People Zones (the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner), B.E.E.V is built on the strengths of the community. By providing tailored guidance and training local community coaches, the project creates lasting opportunities, helping residents achieve financial stability, improve wellbeing, and build a stronger, more connected Bell Foundry.
